Cotton
It comes from the seed that hatches from the cotton plant. Cultivated for thousands of years, its qualities are no longer to be demonstrated. the most produced natural fiber in the world, and therefore the source of pollution and inequality. It is therefore essential to support organic agriculture, which is certainly more expensive than conventional but more respectful.
Recycled cotton is made from 100% cotton clothes recovered by associations and companies, which are sorted, crushed and then recycled into new fibers. Its ecological footprint is therefore smaller and gives a second life to the waste.
