Delivery

Delivery in Metropolitan France is free for all orders over 150€.

In Metropolitan France, for all orders below 150€ including VAT, the buyer will be charged a flat rate for shipping costs calculated according to the weight of the package and the destination, according to the scales in force by the postal services.

Deliveries in Metropolitan France are made by La Poste via COLISSIMO, a delivery service with tracking and delivery without signature.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.

For all deliveries outside metropolitan France (European Union and outside the European Union), shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package and the destination, according to the scales in force by the postal services.

Return, Exchange and Refund

We are still too small to take care of the return shipping costs, but we promise that as soon as we are big enough, we will!

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item by post.

You have 15 working days from the delivery of the order to make a return.

For any purchase on the Balèse e-shop we do not make exchanges but only refunds. If you want another size, another color or simply another model, simply return your item and place a new order.

Don't forget that our size chart is available in the "size guide" tab. Remember to take your measurements and read our sizing advice when ordering.

The returned item(s) must be clean, unworn, with the various tags, all in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

To return your order by post, it's simple:

1. Contact us by email at balese.contact@gmail.com indicating your order number and the item you wish to return.
2. As soon as your return is accepted, print the return form (or write it down on a blank sheet of paper) and put it in your package before sending it.

Please note that without your return form, we cannot identify your return and cannot refund you.

The refund will be made within 15 days from the date the return is received by Balèse, if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
